Once Client registers for the Program, Provider makes extensive arrangements and investments while anticipating Client's tuition and participation. Payments for participation in the Program are not dependent upon results because no specific outcome can be guaranteed or promised. Because of this, we do not anticipate your request for a refund. However, should you find that the Blood Sugar 101 program has not fulfilled its obligations as described then we will gladly offer a 100% money-back guarantee, less any shipping expenses. All tangible items shipped need not be returned. Your request must be made within thirty (30) days of your purchase. You must notify us in writing of your desire for a refund, together with the reasons you believe we did not fulfill our obligations. Due to the nature of the coaching & training program, we may request you provide supporting evidence that you have completed each assignment and followed the guidelines. This will
