Payments for participation in the Program are not dependent upon results because no specific outcome can be guaranteed or promised. Because of this, we do not anticipate your request for a refund. All tangible items shipped need not be returned. Your request must be made within thirty (30) days of your purchase. You must notify us in writing of your desire for a refund, together with the reasons you believe we did not fulfill our obligations. Due to the nature of the coaching & training program, we may request you provide supporting evidence that you have completed each assignment and followed the guidelines. This will
